Detections for PSS2 animals

These are detections for 20 tags which Scott Hinch has given permission to share with the KRS project, in an email dated Dec 2, 2015. This file will have to be requested each time there is an update for these animals in PSS2, as there is not an automatic way to create a subset file for detections.
